Abkit, New York, NY, and Lichtwer Pharma, Berlin Germany, have formed a strategic alliance for the marketing and distribution of Lichtwer’s products in the U.S. Under the agreement, Lichtwer will provide Abkit with its current branded products, scientific research and future innovations in the phytomedicinal category, while Abkit assumes the marketing and distribution for these products.
